CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
ESTABLISHED WIND ENSEMBLE creating two high school bands and allowing for greater differentiation for students.
DEVELOPED MENTORSHIP PROGRAM pairing 120 beginning and intermediate band students with high school student mentors for weekly lessons, increasing learning for both the mentors and mentees, elevating performances for both groups, and creating private lessons for students who were unable to obtain them before.
INCREASED CURRENT PROGRAM by 40%, tripling the retention of beginning band students as compared to the prior director.
IMPLEMENTED CHAMBER MUSIC PROGRAM allowing 60 high schoolers to have the opportunity to perform in a chamber ensemble and develop as musical leaders.
